You don't have to believe the Sales Person at the Sales Gallery, and you don't have to believe the comments you get in LYF as well.

Here's what you should do:

1. Go to iproperty.com and search for the current asking rental rates for similar sized fully furnished units in the following developments which are the closest benchmark:
1 room - Verve Suites & Solaris Dutamas
1+1 room - Verve Suites & Tiffani

2. Call the Negotiators who advertise and find out from the "Real Rental" of their cheapest available units

3. Once you have a feel of the current market "actual" rental rates, then extrapolate for the following factors:
- Brand new building and facilities
- More trendy ID and furniture design offered at TWY
- Wow factor of the double volume ceiling
- Completion date 4 years later in 2018
- Additional 1 carpark (if you're considering a 2 carpark unit at TWY)

Do your own homework and research if you're serious about investing. Reading LYF and asking for the answer on LYF doesn't qualify as proper research because both idiots and experts can post anything they want here.
