Surprised that they can get approval for a 51 storey on such a small plot of land.

Would prefer MK22 to be above 50 storey instead for a better MK landscape. 51 storey Twy may look like a sore thumb located at the fringe of real MK.

A good comparison will be with Verve Suite. As earlier block of VS should be around 900psf.

Verve Suite facilities should be better but Twy duplex concept is new. Would be interesting to see Twy reno concept.

If no car park provided at Twy, it will be a big let down.

As long as is not facing the highway, Twy location is not bad.
