Is that true that by certain period that stated in the Loan Agreement, if the developer didn't do the 1st progress claim, the Bank will have to re- access into loan application again? i.e: relook into the latest 6 months payslip, CCRIS, CTOS, commitment etc...

Any banker here can enlighten on this issue ?

This will seriously affect lots of buyer if developer didn't claim the 1st billing at the stipulated time frame!?
Can forsee lots of Confirmed buyer will dropped out after bank reaccess their files ? As I believe nowadays banks are more strict on loan documents and new commitment by the buyer within a year will deem as higher risk hence lower loan margin or loan rejection ?
