Duplex... for that price I feel
Very small nothing unique. Master β€œroom” area not spacious

1 bedder has no comfortable space at all for work. No privacy as well when u have guests - u will need to access the bathroom via bedroom. Next is 2bedder which is effectively same ground floor sf as 1br with the void extended upstairs

all unit same furnishing......rental market gonna be blood bath. The only differentiation factor is the unit view and rental price.

By the way, any lelong unit reporting ?

Rental market here will definitely be a challenge with all the units with the same furnishing. It's basically who can give the lowest rent now.

Lelong? Not so fast la...all got LAD payments >50K at least...will have to give it a few months
