i'll have to concur with kochin kor on this. if i dun remember wrongly, even zest's show unit few yrs back looked better in terms of fittings (not furnitures and fixtures)

maxim is of coz a better buy...if there are still units left that is. however, 8 kinrara is a diff ballgame alltogether...diff locations, f/h vs l/h, low density "perceived" luxury vs en masses.

somehow i have a feeling too dat i&p has overestimated the demand for this project. at the end of the day, number of registrants wouldnt translate to the number of sales if the price is not right. well, time will tell...

i think what natman is trying to say is that it makes much more sense getting a bk5 landed compared to this 8 kinrara with the same amount of money if one were to buy for investment as the potential returns would be much higher.
