Citylink express currier service very bad, they lost my parcel and still unable to locate it after 5 days reach their warehouse.. Very bad management system I must say.. The only thing they must take care is their customers parcel, and yet they fail to do it.. And customer service suxxx as well, never a word sorry said to me, just saying "wait and we will call u back" but never call.. And they talk in such a tone to me when I called every morning to get update on my parcel.. I was like WTH that is my parcel, my property and you are sounding like I'm pleading for you to donate me money! Bloody lame...

I will never ever use Citylink service anymore.

I have the same case as you ts. It has been a week. Until today they still haven't replied me.

I talked to the so called "manager" 2 times, and the second time she was like "ya la, we are still looking for your parcel ma, what to do, wait la!"

I was so pissed off with the tone, and I was very sure I talked politely to ask..

upper upper? or make police report

Or ask junsheng dress like taiko and follow you to the warehouse.

to be fair, my company sent hundreds of parcels with them, success rate is 100%..

i have bad experience with them too.they couldnt find my address though it was clearly stated there. i have used many other couriers like fedex, gdex, skynet, pos laju even, and i have no problem with them locating my address. i wanted my item urgently and they delayed few days because they couldnt find my address though there are many landmarks given.bloody bad service.i have told myself then that i would not buy something from someone who uses citylink anymore.no citylink for me.

Make a big issue out of it and post it up on their fb wall.
Then gather supporters and flood it la.

When they lose business they will surely buck it up.

Ya maybe mine is an isolated case, maybe 1% of their customer having bad experience like me, but 1% of thousands is a lot.. And they shouldn't take my case lightly, as they are holding people's property.. Ya my parcel value is around rm350 or so, but that doesn't mean I will just let it go if it lost.. Even if customers parcel have no market value at all, but to a person maybe it's invaluable.. They must respect customers..

Above all, what disappointed me the most was how they deal with customers. The worst customer service I ever deal with! And that's reflect the company itself as a whole.. I understand that sometime things might go wrong so parcel lost.. But the way you deal with customers is the most important, how you bring customers to work a way out of it. It's not like "wait for our call" but never call and treat customers inquiry like a bug to their ears.. Oh my..

now im a unhappy citylink sender.

this is my 1st time engaging citylink.. item was shipped out last Thursday from Cheras to Rawang...
but item was not delivered on Friday as well as Saturday.

its stated today (Monday) that its supposed to be delivered..but as of 6.30pm right now...it is still not delivered.

Customer service cant be reached....i've already complaint this morning why Friday and Saturday was not delivered..customer service guy said he also received many complaints like mine..and he also dont know what else can be done...*he sounded like wanna change company*

WHAT DAFUQ IS WRONG WIT YOU CITYLINK!!!!!!!!

Try call the cs again to unleash my fury unfortunately they kolos oredi!!! Im gonna do it first thing in the morning tomorrow
