City link express service very bad!, Lost my parcel!

Citylink express currier service very bad, they lost my parcel and still unable to locate it after 5 days reach their warehouse.. Very bad management system I must say.. The only thing they must take care is their customers parcel, and yet they fail to do it.. And customer service suxxx as well, never a word sorry said to me, just saying "wait and we will call u back" but never call.. And they talk in such a tone to me when I called every morning to get update on my parcel.. I was like WTH that is my parcel, my property and you are sounding like I'm pleading for you to donate me money! Bloody lame...
I will never ever use Citylink service anymore.
