Today , when I go to show room GEO 2 . The promoter said the small unit allready have a few unit ( limited). The sell allready 70 % at all. The selling unit for 1 day is very fast .

for sure Nautica is not paying.....others I don't know boss....

in my opinion, 6xx is cheaper...so is affortable....affortable not 100% is good for investment..but when come to investment...still prefer at least got 2 bedroom come with one car park....

for Geo 2, 9xxsf sold out first compared 6xxsf....cos 9xx sf is more leaseable n sellable  compared 6xxsf...

It's sad though. They should try to increase the number of components/people linked to the BRT to maximize the use of the BRT. This BRT will be used as a precedent for future BRTs in other places. If the numbers are bad, then future developers might not build more BRTs.

Does the walkway from Lakeside to Sunway stop at SSQ or any of the condos in SSQ? or walking distance?

Looks like Geo Residence will have the best access/connectivity based on this plan
