With all elements integrated inside (location,hospitality, hotel, international education hub, commercial, public transport, mall, highway networks, security...)....all already there and built...still below 900psf compared most project at KD & PJ which above 900psf n still lack of visible amenities n promises...

very hard to find a reason for failure in this project...

i confident this project got a lot to offer with more than 8-9 elements nearby BUT i feel tht rental wont cover in the short term... sunway got a lot of new improvement/addition to the existing components as i share above n before..

Of all the SSQ condo, which one u like d most? (excluding geo which is in a totally diff location)..

Boss, true enough but a buyer from Impian Meridien would sell that they have a few stops to geo area with mall below.. I bliv geo retail is strata n not managed by sunway right? something like nexis?

Like u mention, GEO is of a diff league with integrated lifestyle at its doorstep focus on mall.. u think 2 bedroom here can fetch 3k? mus factor in very close to monash n sunway U so will attract many students who wana go home in between class n walk closeby to college...

relative in monash took the BRT n said the station is too far from Pyramid.. takes jus as much time to walk thru d covered bridge then to use d brt n walk to pyramid..

Give up on this BRT pricing.. SIBEH expensive..take cab is cheaper! Sunway GEO pay 900-1kpsf to pay even more here..

Unbelievable.. some of those routes can jus jalan.. n rmbr what monash/sunway students said as its faster to walk to pyramid over the BRT..

KTM from Kl sentral to Setia Jaya is only RM2 while BRT to pyramid is RM4... even half is still expensive.. maybe 40% of the price..

I predict this BRT WILL FAIL with VERY LOW RIDERSHIP!

Boss i got count for one friend last time comparison btw using ktm n lrt combo vs carpool for 2-3 ppl n even at 2 ppl the price is almost d same d..

yeah my relative jus try the brt once for free.. he said pay RM1.5 aso wont use.. such as WASTE of LAND.. taxi sure more but ppl will jus drive one la..

The retail area looks nice. Hoping to see tenants move in soon. The condos behind r dying for any Good retail shops closest possible.

still feel that la costa and a marine look like higher spec than geo. Anyway, saw units going for 850psf. Buyers need to wait until the mall and office picks up before getting good demand on their geo resi.

Drove up the driveway. Totally not comparable to lacosta n amarine. Even d facade is like mid end condo. Visit all 3 n provide ur reviews.

the retails here are picking up in occupancy but everytime i passby seems empty. the jaya grocer doing fine?
