No doubt Nautica & Amarine got lower density..n price psf..
But is more emphasis on family resort living style..

Geo well integrated with retails, businesses, BRT, educations...etc..
The market aim for working professionals, Students, expatriates, ...
Tats y Geo design for smaller size buit up.. For bigger built up, come with dual key system .. Which owner has option to rent out room separately...
Target market is different ...

If I am student or working professional , I will choose Geo...

Haha...the pump is relative small only....u wont feel too much noise n vibration....make sure u always close ur door...

Normally will affect unit opposite

hehe...hope DK can make it come true....but still the accessability still play a major factor...

For Geo Sunway, Sunway group wont let its baby to fell in their own territory...there still got several big development around Sunway South Quay...n Sunway group now upgrading infrastructure around Sunway City....conclusion is invest in Sunway City will be safe compared their neighbour...

more than 50 units were reserved to japanese investors, got chinese indonesians bought the units as well...singaporeans also got...got Malaysian couple which working at Singapore bought 2 biggest units...

B4 Geo, I had looked a lot of projects, One Central at DPC, Fennel at Sentul, KL Gateway at Bangsar South, Tropicana garden at Kota Damansara... all about similar price... but Geo is leasehold compared others which is freehold...

But eventually, I still choose Geo...cos for investment, this project can make it.... icon_rolleyes.gif

Geo retail will be next Giza Sunway or jaya 33...tat for sure

Actually Im not so familiar with SSQ...just think tat for orang kaya place...haha

But after BRT and upgrading works on exisiting roads done at 2015...i think the traffic jam will be solved...
