When you quoted iconic...it shouldnt be anything to do with price.

Kl sentral was crafted out from brickfields.

Macam dpc....when dpc was first launched....it was part of kepong.

Now famous jor....therefore its next to kepong.

People rice bowl lah wei.....nak pecah meh?

But what i annoyed abt this agent is he wont confirmed if tis riveria was an abandoned project.....i asked twice jor.

This is not abandone. Its not launch only. My understanding abandone means build half way then no more construction
If this is the term, then its not.
Its a plan under Bina Puri previously. But now with Titijaya together, the project is ready to launch soon
