Maybe can get a good rental rm1500-1600
But very slow to get Capital appreciation because of
Small size 250sf.. just can cater for 1 person.. not for family

Appreciation will be there but don’t expect too great for short period as the reason on current market. Rental will be there.

You can get budget hotel for less than rm100 pernight in brickfields.

And this location is more inferior that these budget hotels.

Cannot la RM200 per night for short term stay. Over claim

But here the long term and short term have their market
