That not really a mock up unit as it does not reflect what is given by developer. Its very misleading.

Anyway the selling point is not on the unit itself. Its more on other hidden potential
even a normal rental can get around 10% rental per annum

how to culculate 10% Rental return??

RM200 perday can rent full month without empty ???

if you need Fully furnish how much is the cost,
