Some poison here brows.gif

My LG WCP-300 Wireless Charger + Breffo Spiderpodium stand.. now it's unofficially a tilted-view wireless charger similar with the Orb, except my phone wouldn't slide down whistling.gif whistling.gif

Where did you get the spiderpodium and how much eh?

I must say I modeled the Note 2 thread with inspiration from the N4 thread. I'm not artsy though, so no fancy backgrounds there tongue.gif

Got it from a forummer here in Garage Sales, not sure if it's really original though as it breaks easily rclxub.gif

But ordering from official website is really costly, almost up to RM100 incl. international shipping.. so no choice cry.gif

laugh.gif Learning from one another is good thing, initially I overhauled the thread based on Desire HD's thread I previously created tongue.gif

Currently trying to go through "shrinking" or "compression" process whilst trying to make it easy for newcomers to look for information.

Probably can make my own then, with **inspiration** haha.

Didn't take note the time thought .. but looks like as fast as wired charger.. satisfied with the charging speed .. except the heat .. it really scares me thought ..

polarzbearz
Don't like the poison.. will slow down the taking and putting down speed..any other new poison?

QUOTE(polarzbearz @ Jun 21 2013, 08:53 PM)
The heat is scaring me too shocking.gif
Sometimes the indicator even turns red and stop charging, wonder what's wrong hmm.gif

For the 'poison', it's not slowing down the taking/putting time; just have to slip it in (similar to docks, only the bottom is locked to secure the phone. Can basically slide it from in-middle or from the top tongue.gif)

Darn...due to probably wrongly printed postcode my stuff got shuffled between 3 centers.... I called Pos Malaysia and told them I'll go pick it up myself on Monday.

vmad.gif

I will provide GCC readings when I get my receiving coils......now they are still in China.

Just found out that charging stock N4 via PC is way faster than using the ori charger. From 0% to fully charged took just almost 5hrs.  thumbup.gif

And not much heating up.
*
PC USB outputs a max of 500mA. I believe the N4 charger should be between 700-1000mA. How can you charge it faster via the PC?

5hrs is AWFULLY long....

this.

AC Charger is almost faster due to the kernel switching to AC mode.
*
I don't get what you mean by "this"

However I do know what you are saying in your next sentence, that AC mode allows the phone to charge faster when it does not detect Data pins active.

I prefer grammatical and semantic correctness, therefore I am not familiar with the contraction you stated.

"This" and "I second this" have VERY different meanings.

Sorry but I can't help this.

Thank you. Good clip. However, I do think that vocabulary contractions are fine and inevitable, but grammatical contractions are confusing because it breaks the rules.

The examples given were vocabulary contractions, not grammatical like shortening "I second this" to "this". I believe this is due to the multilingual influence we have in this country from tense-less Chinese to heavily prefixed and suffixed Malay. I believe only Malaysians, and to a lesser extent maybe Singaporeans, suffer from not being able to distinguish singular and plural nouns properly.

End OT.

EDIT: In case you haven't noticed, "THIS" isn't "I second this". I meant to say "this" as in being synonymous to "I concur/what I would echo". "This" in urban internet language is simply used to point to a quoted message which you would repeat word by word.
*
Yes I get "this" in the "I concur" connotation. Your first explanation was what threw me off.

Glass breaking usually are not covered in the warranty, similar with LCD screen crack. But it should be roughly roughly RM150~RM250, since the entire front-LCD Panel with Glass costs RM350.

Maybe I should buy another 2 brows.gif

I think they are referring to the built in USB ports on some cars, especially US cars.

I intend to connect this to a 2.1A AC Charger via an inverter so I can get clean power.

And will consider making a spiderpodium.

So if it's taking that long to charge on the stock charger, probably the charger or cable is faulty.

Cable quality matters.

polarzbearz

I haven't gotten any darned thing......due to the postcode mixup they'll have it in my correct depot on Monday. I called Pos Malaysia and the staff was very polite and helpful and gave me a case number, took down my correct address, and even said she will insert a note into the case that I will self collect...let's see.

The coil is also still in China, probably another 2 weeks if this LG thing is anything to go by.
