WTA here, how do we register our warranty assuming we bought one ? DO we register at website or how ? I can only see BB Z3 , BBZ30 & BB Z10. How about BB Q10? Thinking of buying from forumer here but dunno how to chcek for waranty. claim by seller just sitting in the box and never register at website. Been inform by seller there is no waranty card in the box. is it true ?

BTW how to differentiate between original BB Q10 & AP set, if there is AP set nowadays. I remember one time during I bought my Bold there is a step we can check whether its a new unit or not. How the case for BB Q10

Im still baffle regarding this warantty thing. I've called both Brightstar (03-7940 2888) & they ask me to call Blackberry service (03-2141 7989). So in my case if I bought from a forumer here where should i sent it to for waranty ? dealer ? telco ? bb service center direct ?

where is this brighstar sticker to check. how to know when the waranty is ending since we a re buying from other people 2nd phone. got any website to check the waranty period ?

Just got my Blackberry Q10. Managed to add gmail account and sync the contact. but seems like some of the contact is not appearing the name. why is it ? is it because the contact number format ?

usually need to leave it there for them to check then they will quote the price for you for free. last time went there to change motherboard but then decided not to proceed since the with the cost might as well i get another used bb q10
