hello guys n gals smile.gif just wanna ask is there any compatible battery grip for D70s? i mean really compatible n wont cause any damage to the camera smile.gif approx how much does 1 cost? TQ...in advance notworthy.gif

read in photo website...there's no official battery grip...

if i were in the situation i wunt get a grip wit a different brand...too risky...
extra batteries wil b in the consideration drool.gif

i think they are several brands for the d70 battery grip, like jenis, hoodman

i bought my canon 350d from this guy. he brings it back from china distributer. so far all the buttons on my battery grip still working after 4k of shots. maybe u can contact him

just went to c a third party bettery grip sold by foto selangor. the first look was, damn dirty n damn dusty sweat.gif n the old salesman in foto selangor (i realise a lot of oldies inside there) oso say no guarentee whether these third party battery grip will be safe to use or not doh.gif n no difference oso buying a grip with 2 batteries in it n 2 seperate betteries sweat.gif so better not even try it tongue.gif

until now i only saw a recognised battery grip for D70s. i think the brand name is Hahnell or something like that. saw it in the england photography book. dunno malaysia got or not sweat.gif

If u thought about adding a vertical grip, you should've opt for 350D in the 1st place, or Fujifilm S3 Pro if you prefer Nikon lenses.

Yeah the S3 Pro is a totally awesome camera! The integral vertical grip is only so-so tho - should have added in some command dials to make it more complete. I think the D70 is large and heavy enough (and the D50 too) to be used without a vertical grip - the weight balance only becomes a problem if you have an SB800 with 5 batteries attached to the flash hotshoe for prolonged durations ...

350D??i tested it with the battery grip...okla can provide some comfort to my fingers tongue.gif if without it...OMG (the salesman in Boeing laughing doh.gif )

yeah u r right...i wanna make my camera look bigger brows.gif no la just joking... tongue.gif after going to foto selangor n c now totally forget bout this stupid idea (totally damn stupid) sweat.gif dun say the SB800...even with my SB600 with 4AA...after continuous holding the camera with the 18-70mm lens for about 20 minutes my hands oso start to feel the pain liao sweat.gif

It's RM4600 for the body, the last time I enquired.
But now, very few shops keep stock.

anyway bought D70s liao. nasi suda jadi bubur tongue.gif but my nasi will always be nasi no matter how long i cook it in water tongue.gif
