For anyone looking to apply permit to Australia , rest assured Team KANGaroos is the best they are reliable and fast too..

Applied for 3x ETAs with them this morning. Email with data sent at 1049am, received response from DFAT at 1058am, followed by an email from our friendly ETA expert at 1111am indicating that 2x ETA approved but mine was rejected. Payment was requested for the two approved ones.

However, this rejection is probably due to my existing ETA on my old passport which is valid until Jan2019.

Rachel subsequently advised me to follow the instructions on the High Comm URL and this was just done a short while ago.

All in all, speedy response plus willing to assist when hit a snag. Just make sure you follow their published set of instructions, and of course, pay on time.

For the 1 system rejected ETA, quickly submitted the required documents as advised by Team KANGaroos to the Aus Immigration via email and it's solved within 2 weeks all via e-mail.

Would like to give props to Team KANGaroos, especially Rachel since I dealt with her.

1 of my ETA applications was rejected. But she was extremely helpful with all the necessary steps & information. Also gave alternatives although the visa was at last granted in the end.
Best thing is she responds fast, always patient and polite. Something that we rarely see nowadays.

But was rejected.
We add on the document they needs.
But now not yet receive any email or feedback.
Wanna to ask any way can speed up the process sing time.

Hi. I would like to ask. If im going to aussie in march 2019 for a week, then back to kl. Then going to aussie for another trip in april 2019. How many times do i need to apply for visa?

Apply first visa for march 2019 trip then back to kl, apply another one for april 2019 trip.

Or just apply once and i can enter aussie twice with the valid visa?
