hi guys, i did a longer than usual weekend ride, my legs got cramped twice on the last 5km ride but i manage to finish the ride somehow. However d next day both legs r sore especially my quads n lower hamstring due to d cramps frm the ride. Today is the third day since my last ride n both my legs stil feel sluggish n abit sore. My question is whether is it ok for me to do strength training today or do i need more recovery days? tq..
