Block b facing KL high floor will be my top pick especially for own stay. Don't think the view will ever get block. Andre the same time can get the MK view too.

Nearest posh grocery will be village grocer at 1mk or the Jaya grocer at Verve suite (I hv not been though). Or can go Tesco at Menjalara.

Further bit will be Mascato Plaza Damas, cold storage at Solaris MK and BIG at Publika.

Nearest wet market would be at Kepong Baru, I think.

There is no shop at BKT Prima Pelangi which is good IMHO. It make the place more peaceful. And again I hope the back road will not be opened, unless it is make one way to go from BPP to Sri Sinar.

Now the sale team is here? I was not aware the developer has a sale team when I was in the sale office few weeks ago.

What's the status of the sale? What's the price now?

PrIce wise should be cheaper than Scenaria, Anjali, Verdana, etc. except the Villa Crystal, should be about same price.

Pros:
- High ground
- Widder access road, less
- lower density
- partly furnished

Cons:
- High tension cable.
- 48 mths construction period.
- those facing NKVE may be noisy.

The progress seem ok especially it is a 48mths development (bit longer to industry standard).

As for own stay or investment, you may get a better idea checking with the developer I think.

As long as the developer can deliver it, should not be any problem. But the upside for investment may be limited.

I got the smallest 1161 sft unit. Facing pool. The small size were all taken up last time. No harm checking with the developer as may have drop out.

Kind of regret didnt get the highrise unit facing KL. It is definitely good for own stay.

It is called Residensi Harmoni 2 now. Much better than Prima Harmoni 2.

Rental market is soft and away from the main expat zone. May not be a good investment.
