I think you mean undergrads in this case. You can't compare postgrads to undergrads, undergrads are basically teens lol.

Exactly, not many for sure. Most likely the rich locals or the international students. Postgrad students who come here tends to have scholarship or even research grant which would enable them to afford this kind of apartment.

UM is cap ayam? LOL. UM accepts very few undergraduate students from other countries as opposed to private institutions. Most international students in UM are postgraduate students.

As for sharing units, DMC can just include a clause to limit the number of tenants based on unit's size instead of banning students as a whole. Even working adults could share unit now since there's no clause banning that (assuming, since I never read the DMC for this project).

Anyway, not that I'm students advocate or something, I just think it's unwise to block out a pool of potential tenants who are highly educated simply because they fall under the category students.
