usually if you are just workers, you probably already have a place to stay before you started work in BS. The result doesn't surprise me. BS prices are not cheap by any means for the general workers.

This doesn't stop those not working in BS to stay at BS. I also found out randomly from friends I know.....usually they don't stay close to where they work......especially those on rental.....I seriously don't understand the logic of this....but then again, I am not them...perhaps they are comfortable where they stay....place of work is just place of work.....

I used to own park residences....

When u opened yr balcony door......you cant even talk. The  most obvious noise is from lrt tracking sound.....

Yes double glaze windows can solve all these.....
*
BEANCOUNTER boss,

really powerful, bought park residence at 280psf during launching?!

wow, really noise pollution? if thats the case, i suppose south link will be even worse? because its located closer to federal/kerinchi link? doh.gif

No..
I paid higher. 280psf waa for begonia. I bought acacia.

When the absolute entry price is low enuf...investors wont care all these finer details....they dun live there....someone else is.
*
still handsome profit you, great buy bro!

yes exactly, so its up to developer whether to give a better product or not....

Thanks....

UOA tends to block off some floors....feom experience...

U thought they were taken....
*
they wanna maximise their profits by releasing certain floors (with price increase of 10K for small units) gradually until official launching and APDL is obtained...........

It makes the prices about the same for newly released floor (20-22nd) and floor (40 - 42nd floor)...............

Incremental of RM500 per floor X 20 floors = RM10K........

But you can choose a nicer and safer unit now by facing facilities for both north and west direction.............

BEANCOUNTER BOSS,

whats your take? 20th floor facilities view or 40th floor novum view? bruce.gif

Not to burst the bubble, just telling the truth, walking from southview to lrt KL gateway is quite a walk with uphill paths, same goes to kerinchi, at least 20mins walk. As for midvalley, it is better to get there by car, but the traffic towards federal highway is so bad at peak hours it will take more than 30minutes just to get out from Bangsar south.
*
Walking from Southview to KL gateway LRT station needs 20 mins walk? doh.gif

did you walk yourself before? sweat.gif

There is a driveway/walkway in front of the main entrance of Residensi Kerinchi to reach KL gateway and thereafter directly link to LRT station, while pending the completion of KL gateway Premium Residence (which is directly next to Southview).....

Alternatively, one can also walk to Kerinchi LRT station through the link bridge from Bangsar South.....

Concur.

Mid valley is so near yet so far kinda thingy.

By car u stuck in traffic.
There is no light train services to mid valley either...
*
BEANCOUNTER BOSS, which part did u concur? walking distance 20 mins?

I thought one can use the pedestrian bridge (currently still under-construction after the previous collapse) direct link to the Garden MidValley from KL Eco City where the Hukum Abdullah LRT station at....

clearly UOA is much betterer than the so called maxim in preparing SPA...... devil.gif

wait....did UOA also listed down all the facilities in this project? incl. covered walkway to University LRT boh?
*
BEANCOUNTER BOSS,

how did u know UOA is much better than maxim in preparing SPA?! unless you bought both of their projects before? tongue.gif

Why did you ask whether UOA listed down all the facilities? unless you know something...did they?

for covered walkway....which developer indicated before for the past project?

The beauty of KL property climate whether as investor, home buyers, tenants etc we have wide range of different properties to meet the needs, requirements and budget.

Good thing about Bangsar South... the supplies are spread over next 4 years and are not VP-ed in the same time.

good points, gks boss! thumbsup.gif

Perhaps you need to ask the SA of southlink to show you how yis is done without jeoparding the security features of 4 buildings...

Namely southlinks, southlink next block hotel, southview amd perhaps getaway suites or premium resi.

Noticed that whatever bridge will need to pass thru the carpark portion of each building unless you are talking abt seperate external bridge that link all 4 buildings.
*
since they are all serviced apartment buildings, one can access to their retail spaces and one by one to LRT station?
