Disclaimer: I owe a unit at Southview so my opinion may be lopsided.

Currently many units in Southview are undergoing renovation, including mine. The picture showing low ouccupancy doesn’t tell the whole story. If you are at Southview during weekdays, there are many many trucks queuing outside the entrance to bring in renovation materials, furnitures, appliances and etc. All day long you can hear contractors working, ie. Drilling sound. My contractor, one of the many on site contractors currently having >10 units to renovate at any given time. Business is good.

This location is fantastic and is served by 2 LRT stations, one giant Midvalley Mall, one smaller KL gateway mall to do your day groceries, booming office spaces and have nearby pubs and restaurant.

Give or take another 6 months to 1 year, come back with another photos at around 8pm

Not to burst the bubble, just telling the truth, walking from southview to lrt KL gateway is quite a walk with uphill paths, same goes to kerinchi, at least 20mins walk. As for midvalley, it is better to get there by car, but the traffic towards federal highway is so bad at peak hours it will take more than 30minutes just to get out from Bangsar south.

Walking from Southview to KL gateway LRT station needs 20 mins walk?  doh.gif

did you walk yourself before?   sweat.gif

There is a driveway/walkway in front of the main entrance of Residensi Kerinchi to reach KL gateway and thereafter directly link to LRT station, while pending the completion of KL gateway Premium Residence (which is directly next to Southview).....

Alternatively, one can also walk to Kerinchi LRT station through the link bridge from Bangsar South.....

No I don't, I'm stuck freaking 30 mins jam just to exit Bangsar south.
The only walking I've done is from horizon to kerinchi and it's hell a walk, I can't imagine walking from southview to university lrt without any covered and secured pathway.
