Hi, i am still very new here, need some advise frm u all.

Is south link under commercial or residential title? if under commercial, utility bill & cukai will fall under commercial rate too?

also, the interest of loan during construction period need to start pay once sign S&P agreement? roughly how much will cost in total for 4 years?

I just book 2room with 508k after rebate & discount, facing pool view, is it still worth to buy? Will it pricey?

The thing make me reconsider is floating cp & 5years construction time, recently many news mention that market will crash start frm next year, interest rate sure gg 😞
