i had read through all the posts here, and feeling appreciated for the good advices & hints that can be found here.. i have booked a unit recently either for ownstay or investment in near future, despite of much considering.. i think that this is the most reasonable budget to get a property in view of the partial furnished, amenities, ease of public transport & freehold comparing to others in the current market.

Does anyone knows if the mosque's prayers loudspeaker nearby SouthLink would be heard or not?
Not mean to be racist but this is mostly concerned for tenants or tourists who always prefer a better sleep, right? Much thanks if you can give some comments..

Short stayed in Southview before.  No issues with noise. But was staying very high floor.

In most of the prime location, view is something nice to have but not a necessity..

Units of Southlink and Southview that are facing each other really too close for comfort. Furthermore with south point hotel really no more privacy. Look front, left, right can see each what the residents are doing.

I refer to if you want to have unobstructed view and want to live in area like bangsar, mk, klcc... Be prepare to pay a premium... Do not forget.. When uoa launched begonia... They put rm100k premium on kl view versus pantai side for same layout and side.

Traffic jam is well known issue in BS... Even prop kopi also covered it in bangsar south review...

The toll fees, petrol and time enough to pay installment own stay one room, the rest rent out to cover installment too..quite a lot..window and noises? Spend some money get a better air purifiers solve the problem

I hope southlink will be linked to university lrt via southview be4 VP. This will be a safer route to the lrt.
