There is no MOT at this junction. U pay mot when u get VP in 4 year's time.

This is agiven isnt it? Nowadays whr got people buy shoeboxes for own stay? It is our hobby to buy shoeboxes for others to stay. Where we got stay?

SL entry price has a margin of safety as compared to novum, upcomingblock H of klgateway and southway. My SL unit nett price is rm760psf which allows me to charge lower rental and still breakeven.

I eecalled thr were.a lot of haters in alila low yat chat gp when the project was launched and their constant negative comments made me feel doubtful if i invested into a wrong project. But in hindsight now,i managed to rent my smallish 400++ alila unit at rm2300 pm without even a free carpark which is good rental income for ne now.

Ok la. Its a good reminder of the virtues of investing in bangsar south. 1 more point i want to add is the mrt3 interchange with kerinchi lrt which makes FH novum & FH southlink attractive in terms of closeness to to both lrt kelana jaya line and mrt3.

Some1 told me he saw a purchaser cancel his s&p signing because he did not agree to a term in the deed of mutual covenant and the developer agreed cto refund him in full minus rm50. He didnt need to show any rejection ltr fr d bank.

BUT walking distance from Southlink main entrance to Kerinchi LRT main entrance i think is 700mtr.

Thats why i booked regency suite at regenvy suite@kerinchi lrt. In terms of location, regency suite is better as its located on top of the lrt. Just walk 30m and u will reach the lrt station.
Southlink u hv to walk at least 700m.

I walked before at 930pm. Some parts of the bridge lights not working and its quite dark. Thr is no secuirty personnel along the 400m bridge.

SA of southlink tells me dbkl has approved the link bridge fr southview to klgateway mall.
But klgateway refused to announce the link bridge as it will jeapordize the sale of their final 5th residential tower sale which is recently launched at rm1k psf which is on leasehold land. If investors know thr is a short link bridge fr southview to klgateway which leads to the universiti lrt, then some investors (me included) will opt to buy SL at rm760 psf (freehold some more) than leasehold klgateway which is priced more expensive for the final 5th block.
Rememer the initial launch of southlink was only at net rm750k psf starting price.
