Getaway lishold selling 1000psf......

Same with Camellia (subsales) also selling more expensive than this Southlink.

oh...apdl not obtained.....but flr plans and etc already circulate in the media jor......

so all figures now just pre-booking nia.........

Sorry Kenneth, am not the right person to ask this question. best to ask those investors with substantial experience.

all residential is under HDA whether its schedule H or I.
all non residential under non schedule (therefore not covered by HDA).....such as sovo sofo suites hotel mall office.

land title can be under commercial, residential, agriculture and etc.

residential under commercial land title can have higher plot ratio.

beside needs to pass thru getaway. 700mtr is not really a walking distance. Walkable though.

nobody thinks that 33 units per floor is a -ve point?

also there are two more plots of land in this stretch......unless economics turn around.......who know what cheaper products will come out in the next 2 plots.

will be fun hunting for where you park your car each morning.....worst still if you arrived home drunk the night before....

JMB will definitely charge...extra income....why not?

I thought for residential HDA schedule, the strata title act 2013 has stopped JMB to keep any car park for rent or sale.....

I dunno how UOA get around this..........

perhaps really need someone with legal background to explain this.

their binjai8 also the same arrangement (by UOA also)

guarantee each unit ONE carpark (floating also) for rent.
extra cp for rent subject to availability.

BUT perhaps this is not apple vs apple comparison.

Binjai8 is SOHO and many units use as office.
also Binjai 8 only 400units, and mostly above 1000sq.

THIS ONE IS lain cerita altogether.
