Just wondering what MP are you guys farming? please leave your farming MP, act, route, duration per game, charc profile and your comment

i'll start with mine:
MP8
act 1: festering wood, crypts, weeping hollow, field of mystery, halls of agony.
it takes about 40-45 mins per game, yield 10 DE and usually 2 legendaries.

Act 2: VOTA and maybe if i'm in the mood go hunt the KW
I yield around 40-45 DE per hour if i'm teleporting around VOTA.

Oh btw OP, the best DE farming route is VOTA. 10DE for 45mins game is really bad. And I think the best MP to farm DE is around MP5-6.

u farm only VOTA but no other zones ah? hmmm i was an TR monk for MP5 vota but it is a bit slow for exp so i prefer to roam around hehe, hence so low in DE.

MP 10: COTA, VOTA, OASIS, slaughter field, ghom, desolate sands, stonefort 2, field of misery and rakkis crossing.

MP10: Weeping Hollow, Festering Wood, Field of Misery, HoA 1-3 (depend on mood), Cathedral lvl4 (depend on mood).

dont care much about DEs, whatever I do my DEs drop still low

if play with Monk, i will add 3 crypts in Cemetery too..

Doing almost same route in EU, Mp10 with barb (kill easy elites for NV, skip annoying elites, or play MP8 to kill all elites) and MP7-8 with Monk.

I used to just farm anywhere, mostly Act3 before mobs density change in 1.08... just anywhere for fun...

Need a break after 100k Elite kills...

cowithgun bro, roll another class.
i'm exploring DH & barb after my monk reached PL100.
now can switch between classes and felt the game not so bore anymore (as of now la)

my farming place -> join public game Act1 MP8 or above, follow party leader.

To mp10 farmers:

is mp10 really more efficient? my monk can handle mp10 but need to put in some defensive skills and the killing time is really too long. did u try mp8 or mp9 and gauge the loots? will it have better yield? :hmmm:

anyway any mp10 monk here? wanna compare some gears

love monk too much to move on... may be next year... i ll role barb when they not too OP...

been farming MP10 since Dec 2012... slower, but more satisfying... more efficient? not sure, but keep me playing fun is more important to me.

I like trash mobs density in MP10, thats why I farm in MP10 with my monk some elite affixes of cos very annoying but thats make me awake

actually i find mp10 make me very sleepy.. lower mp feel more action pack to boom boom pow

u might too high dps for MP10..wait till blizz introduce MP100

actually now... any MP make me sleepy...

yah bcos the drops just suck... replay same maps over and over again

For those of you who farms on mp8-10, I think is helpful to share your average time taken to kill an elite pack.

List out the worst possible affixes for you and the time taken and also for the easiest ones. I think it provides the community with a way to gauge whether they should proceed to that MP or not.

I believe everyone wants to down an elite ASAP so this might help.

I'm particularly interested at the eDPS of monks and barbs. This is not some epeen contest but I just want to know where I stand. Some say 250k and above CM SNS wiz is sick but I don't feel that powerful.

so if you could, do share your time.

killing faster is not the only factor now.

do note that higher MP has more Bonus item; MP8 = 71%, MP10 = 100%. i farm MP8 whenever i want to feel like having 400k DPS (becoz mobs HP is 50% of MP10)... but less drops, i mean rare, despite killing faster. MP10, you see rare everywhere... everywhere...

also in my experience legendary number drops in mp10 about the same but i get better quality legs and green. may be due to higher MF cap in mp10...

playing monk is fun. skill diversity and combination are most important. uploading my latest project video with 100k DPS (use inna reach and resting my skorn) at COTA run MP 10 in 3-4 min. Build - DodgeBellySlap. XD
