I'm wondering which one has better chances of getting an interview. Resume through email or normal mail and if you are an employer which one you prefer?

I'm thinking of not how to send your resume but rather how to get the employer attention. If theres hundred people applying for a job , wouldn't the employer pay a bit more attention to a resume send by mail than email coz most people would send by email.

Having an inside man is a good way to get an interview or even a job, but I dunno anyone there. Anyhow.. just sent my resume by email, hope they read it.
