I could be wrong, but it seems like incursions have a bigger level range compared to normal PVP. A friend who is lvl 127 was raging when he got paired with a lvl 200 player a few days ago.

I haven't run into anything like that yet, but I'm only lvl 107.

It's totally random I think. I've met a lvl 150 agent when I was lvl 99. Easy win with QS though.

Sigh, looks like have to farm another 48 CP for Quicksilver. I don't really like Quicksilver, mostly because of his background story. Seems like a Flash knockoff to me. Would Dr. Doom be a viable alternative because I have him?

Dr. Doom was less effective since the last nerf. Wasn't that sure his efficiency now.

The reason for QS easy to win it's because he ALWAYS go 1st. Spam item to win. Item such as snowball, immobilizer, kunai barrage, etc are very useful.

Dun forget to equip ur QS with blue suit

Is Season 1 Chapter 12.2 still a good place to farm CP?

If so, which WWII Captain America should I get? Tactician or Bruiser?

I've been happily farming 4:4 all this while, because it has good returns and the xp gains are small compared to later chapters.

As for which WW2 version to get, it depends on your metagame.

See more blasters and few infiltrators? Get tactician
See more scrappers. and few blasters? Get bruiser

Personally I got bruiser first (since a lot of people are using the scrapper pvp suit at higher leagues), but added the tactician a while after. Now I swap between the 2 depending on the expected meta and my results.
