Situation A:

noob: (chose a hero fast and go top lane fast) Solo please.

2 minutes later "1st Blood, noob has fallen"
5 minutes later "noob has fallen"

noob has left the game...


Situation B:

me: bane you better sleep 1 during the fight and ulti the 1 we gonna kill
noob bane: ok

during fight, never ulti and never sleep.
Even after 10 times you told him still the same.

share your experience, really hate pub game cos when i join scourge almost 80% is losing cos sentinel always host with a few friends whereas scourge are full of noobs, some even GradeA noob.

I agree that scourge sucks.I play 10 games,all lose like hell coz I m in team scourge..Mostly within 30mins u can see the result liao.No mood play anymore

super pure noob = early game buy HoT and Butterfly........recipe. or buys 2 boots or solo's tower with no creeps in front of enemy heroes or tries to solo roshan at lvl 6 or goes into the middle of techie's mines...etc. too many scenarios which would just make u go into a noob bashing frenzy.

Just play at your own pace. If your team has many leavers, and even if it's down to you ALONE, stay on to the end. You'll garner respect like never before. Last weekend played a game in Bnet with Malaysian players, and they saluted us for staying and NOT leaving even when it's obvious we are losing. Heck we even laughed and joked about our identities, lol. (my guy pal id-ed himself as a Johorean air hostess) XD

It's only a game what, win or lose doesnt really matters, what matters is that you get some fun from it.
But well, this game involves team play more than others, so I suppose I will feel frustrated with leavers too.

I only feel stress when playing, it isnt like a game anymore to me, more like competition.

I will scold people inside the game, but my friend adviced me just to apologise to them and we will peace. Its true, a losing game can win after we peace against each other

If u is a good player with all necessary skill when farming and denying...you can make a Pro Opponent feed u and u can call him noob. That what i enjoy now in dota. Haha..especially in clan war. Ppl said they are good clan...when they lose..we give them title of noob clan.

well, feeling angry n stress wont help in the game anywhere.. but normally when i go dota'ing with frens in CC, we would have fun from it, seldom got angry n stress over the noobs cause i was one of them before. but experiences from games eventually lifted us from that category. anyway, i am not saying that noob are troublesome but sometimes i do agree that noobs got in the way of the game either towards winning or losing.
most important for me is to play dota with ease and have the last laugh afterall.

Today just finished a match, really very very angry with that match.
It was a 3v3 game. I was using boundy, my friend yunero and a newbie naga( very new, need we patiently tough him how to play )
Then in mid game, a soul keeper from enemy side back door our base mid tower, and he only managed to hurt the tower until half hp. (creeps were in mid river yet)

So I just simply said " wei bd ar?''
That sk replied "Fuk your mom, this is not bd''
Then i was really angry replied "Dont you say anything about my mom"
That thing again " you noob shut up!!" ( i wonder if this guy is flizzido )

I really very angry that time, altough I wasnt the best in that match, I was definately play better then him!!

after while, When we 3v3 he always aim me = =, and i died once.
After then that sk really desperated to kill me for quite a few times, of course, failed and died . Just dont understand why a simple game need to insult other's parent.
Finally we lost, world tree gone, but in the overview, first and second place were sat by me and my friend.

Try to behave your manners even if you are in a game is what i wanna say, if that guy is here.

The definition of pro is a player who shows not only his in-game skills but also sportsmanship. If u have a noob in ur team, why not teach him how to play where he can do better instead of just screwing him around leaving him without knowledge about the game?? A real pro will proof himself worthy and honourable if he manages the lane and also the team

this is my experience tat can share with ur.
all related with the ppl that they say "i want solo"

Bnet, 5v5 game.

while the game starting,
some 1 say solo top, or solo btm(my team).
after a few min

situation 1 : the player tat say solo has has left the game without any reason.
bcoz = that hero cant farm on tat lane coz melee hero and oppenet is 2 range hero

situation 2 : the player tat say solo has has left the game.
bcoz = solo ppl's hero has been killed

situation 3 : the player tat say solo give alot signal n say need help.then a few min later , tat player has left the game.
bcoz = no 1 go help him as fast as posible. (if cant solo better dun say solo at begining)

situation 4 : the player tat say solo has left the game.
bcoz = the solo player say "im gtg" or "my teammate noob"(my team kill less than opennet team kill around 5)


and so on.

as conclusion, ppl say solo lane
90% of 100% is a leaver
10% of 100% is a pro but from the 10% of them, half of them also is a leaver
(a ppl say solo hav 95% chance is a leaver)

50% of 100% is a noob
30% of 100% is a feeder
60% of 100% is a newb


after this conclusion out,
i decided to do this,
Bnet, 5v5.

the game started, if hav some 1 say solo,
ppl say solo : "solo"
me : "solo which lane ?"
ppl say solo giv signal on the map.
i will move my hero same lane with the ppl tat say solo.

y i do tis ?
coz solo then leave coz our team hero loss alot exp..............

i believe if you do this, i would leave the game. It is annoying enough when asked to do something and the ally does the opposite. And you do have no reason to go against him, you're against people who solo, this reason is not valid enough to oppose an ally

unless of the following condition applies
1) you know the solo guy is weak
2) he is your friend
3) you hate medusa
4) you juz wanna let ur other friend solo

Silencer - buy 5 Headdress Of Rejuvenation (GG)
Lich King - Buy Regen mana items, double sobi mask (GG)
Bone Flecter - Buy Lothar (GG)
Lion - Up mana sucking 1st skill (GG)

Mostly depend on situation and hero also la.
For me , I using VS, I prefer my teammate give me solo until Level7.
After level7, I will ask solo hero like naix come to take over my lane. Then I will start ms and no longer farm anymore.

if u dont give him solo..how are u going to play 5vs5?
there must be at least 1 lane solo
and u only give ur friend solo depend on situation, but u don't let others solo
if u wanna know when people get medusa, they are naturally allowed to be solo
this rules is the same goes for all farmers like troll, bone etcs, if u dont let them solo, i don't know what to say...

yea definately not must solo la, but best solo so can level faster, coz hero like dusa can counter alot hero with plain level only (for starting)

Actually, i will see those who ask for solo then let them solo. Like sven, bone, morph, night stalker, luna ask for solo still ok but if like Ursa Warrior, DP, Zeus, Silencer ask for solo.... for sure lah dun let him solo.

Prefer doesn't mean you'll geddit. So, don't throw tantrum if you don't get a solo lane.

Anyways to reiterate my points, DotA makes me happy when I can own. When I don't, then I learn more, and that makes me happy too.

I prefer CM, bombmer with me.
So in early game can make good use with my stun and swap then own that lane.


Solo sometime is not good if 2 hero at ur lane and they keep harrasst u. Farming and deny skill no good, is not recommand to solo

That might backfire. I've seen bone and luna ask to solo, run out with a pair of boots, and get their ass owned at lv 3..... Then again, i've seen troll run out with 6 branches and come back first time for 2 hammers. I always check their items before asking anybody to solo....anybody who buys boots or gloves of haste will NOT be on my soloing list.

P.S.: ursa not solo? he's one of the freaking highest damage heros in game.... A good ursa can be scarier than banana at night when he hits lv 6.....1 time overpower burns through more than half any int/agi hero's life once ursa gets enrage. Plus you can't run away from his overpowered speed+earthshock...

I not so sure what he really wanna mean.
But for what I undestand solo mean to stay in the lane as long as posible to earn up experience and gold, so that those hero will grow up fast, get their ultimate and item they needed to kill fast.
Usually solo ppl are good at farm and deny, prevent from been harrast.

Ring of Regeneration and Iron wood to boot stat is what usually we can see on those hero. Or maybe potion as well. Boot of speed ?? no no no. You are not required to run back. Y buy boot? Boot won't let your hero stay long in lane.
Usually boot needed when that hero solo enough and ready to kill.
Such as VS will buy boot at lv7 when max up his magic missle then start seek for kill. Luna will buy once she obtain her ultimate.

ask him buy platemail(aegis) whole game no buy armor 2 cant tank.
headache is not he newbie, but a noob cos newbie learn and follow what people say whereas noob are stuborn and never learn, somemore ask me shaddap and act as if he's a pro.
also he no learn Growth, mind you this is 6.32b not 6.27.
end game, although my team win, he feed 10 and kill like 4.
Even my shitty Death Prophet can kill 10.
and his end game item are 1 eul scepter, 1 belt of giant strength, 1 boot and a sobi mask.

lol there's this dude who actually played the whole game with tiny without adding skill points to his ulti at all, he only add them during the last 3 level. and all he did is

eul > guinsoo.
bOots > Boots of travel
Linken's
Blink dagger.

The way he use his toss is a bit different, instead of tossing creeps/heroes to enemy, he blinks in to the enemy hero area then avalanche then toss one of them out from to their group to our group XD total ownage!

Then he will end up being gb in the enemy hero area, dun u think so?

nope, somehow that's the weird part, he barely dies, either the opponents are noobs or he's just small(because he nv learn his ulti). He just blinks in, toss someone out, then avalanche, then run out to help pwn. I guess he's just plain lucky. He only uses his guinsoo to help chasing and hunt down heroes.

the game ended with us having victory, scourge side.

nope, i think what he meant is usually its harder when u play in the scourge team, because of the terrains and stuffs so its harder by some factors. So which means if you train alot in scourge, chances are that you can gain alot of experience and get better and better.

seriously if that person is really feeding. I'd say the same too. Having a feeder in a team is a big no no... specially when you're facing good opponents that has late game heroes.
