Hi,

I went to Warta Bangi last week and saw booth selling Hijauan Heights which is located is Sungai Tangkas, Bangi. My biggest doubt is bout the developer. Cant find anything on the internet. As per told by the sales person they are currently working on a bungalow/semi-d unit in Kajang, Ros Residence if I'm not mistaken. I search on Kementerian Perumahan, the company is there but since their first project not yet complete, its hard to tell.

Anyone has any idea regarding this developer?

Price range for this Hijauan Heights is around 290k (3rooms)-350k (4rooms). As far as I knw 4rooms already sold out. This units facing swimming pool.

My concern is the developer. Since their first project still in progress. So no record yet on Kememeterian Perumahan's website. Cant find WestGale on the web..

Heard that they just got the AP. Hope they can start working on it very very soon.

BTW, they just launch Block C..

C13 living room more width, but length is just same as C11 also.

what road to enter to this apartment? trafic jem?

went to the site this evening and saw this board.
look at the board saying the completion date is on Oct 2013.
can build in just 5 months??? or is it the "kerja tanah" only?

Ya, i asked and is for earth work only.

i bought my yet to get CF apartment at Bangi at RM290k, 1300sqft 5R4B. Few agents somehow got my number and offer me +-RM400k for sale and Rm1500 for rental. i dont know whether they are crazy or what.

290k for 5r4b is pretty awesome price. where is is located? may i knw the apartment name?

if based on phase 1 developements..it looks good..but I cant promise for phase 2..but I think its gonna be alright..

They told me that it will just right beside the phase 1.
But i tried to ask bout the developer with the banks, but their reply is not so good.
And i cant get much informations about the developer in the internet.

Yup, the developer is still new, they have only 1 project before, but most of the developer in bangi are not so famous, only in recent years come a big developer such as Mahsing n nadayu..

As u can see in sg tangkas the villa tropika, green villa, and all not from a famous developer..so its more on a gamble for me to bought hijauan heights..but now I see the progress is quite good..I have pay 60% progress fees, and BLock C is almost finish..hope its end smoothly..this is the only apartment with swimming pool in bangi..and its far more cheaper n nearer to universities compare to southville..so hope it'll be good..

Actually i'm a 1st home buyer, looking for a new house to stay. But my concern is since it's a serviced apartment, is there any problem or difference compared to usual residential status?

AFAIK, the only differences are higher quit rent and higher maintenance fee. Or any other points that you guys mind to share?

the main entrance there is quite jammed packed during peak hours. the entrance also for the I&P housing residences and GMI students, so u can imagine the congestion.

im stay at taman tropika 2, and i also real estate negotiator. hijauan height almost complete right now. look from outside only.

Hijauan Heights is almost completed. Just wait for VP but not sure when. I am one of the buyers. Anyone knows when we will receive the keys?

Just finished renovation on this newly VP Apartment WITH CONDO FACILITIES which is located on hilltop near KTM Station Bangi..happy with the workmanship although not 100% perfect..but still with the price at this location, I am a very happy and satisfied owner

hi mate, recommended you to go over sales office (it is at sg takas shoplot on your right, same row with speedmart 99, you will pass by before reaching the site) to have a look on the model scale..I personally dont like the concept as the car park podium cum facilitites (swimming pool, surau, gym etc) are SANDWICHED between two residential blocks..

it means that say e.g. your car park is located at level 5, u have the park your car at level 5 and then get down to ground floor, walk over to the lobby of your residential block then take lift up to your unit..too much of time wasted for me..
