hi mate, recommended you to go over sales office (it is at sg takas shoplot on your right, same row with speedmart 99, you will pass by before reaching the site) to have a look on the model scale..I personally dont like the concept as the car park podium cum facilitites (swimming pool, surau, gym etc) are SANDWICHED between two residential blocks..

it means that say e.g. your car park is located at level 5, u have the park your car at level 5 and then get down to ground floor, walk over to the lobby of your residential block then take lift up to your unit..too much of time wasted for me..
