Not sure if this is the right thread. I was planning to build a new rig for photo processing (typically lightroom and photo ninja) which eat a lot of processing power.

To my mind, I was wondering if OCing the processor will give a significant improvement comparing to stock speed. In my mind, I am thinking to get either the i5 4670K or i7 4770 (non-K, but if OC will give big margin of improvement, will get the 4770K instead).
