this is years too late & lousy attempt, but still a personal record @ ram (albeit very loose timings). nothing much can be done on cpu part as setup was hosted in slim case & d chip is cooled by lp cooler...
uncore freq is stock too... hope for better results ahead. 
this is d max i can squeeze outta it, any higher need to put d chip under knife already...
