Will post up some pics when I get back from overseas, but now I have tested 4 retail CPU's under cold (1 on Asus M6E and the others on MSI MPower)

Have to say the results are really disappointing so far - Haswell will be an okay upgrade from older platforms, but I think I would stick to Ivybridge for now.

Moderate overclocks on air / water should be okay, and the ram clocking definitely much more fun - just a shame about the top speeds.....

Top speed for quick 2d benching only 6g so far - 2 cores at -110 temps

nah c-state C6,C7. Got it working. Its awesome haswell. The voltages on the cpu cores most of them drop like 0.000V on idle. Lowest i have seen 1.9watts.

stasio its the tRDRD and tRWRW. his rams are stable only this setting.

But normally if he ups it he has to up his vdimm. I suspect the 3k rams being sold will end up the same. Default for 2.4k ram and above all dont run tRDRD at 4.
hence y u see my 2133C7 all 33k. It comes at a cost of vdimm and vcore.

Ure asking whats the benefit. this settings shows difference on aida on multicore bandwidth mem cache test. but on single thread test the 3k still will beat the 2133C7 on bandwidth like maxmemm.

so its a matter of balance on ure voltages .. mem speed etc. So far i think personally a 2666 C10 is the fastest from what i have i seen.

So what i am trying to say his 4.6ghz 2.8k/3kmem  prime .. Ure not going to see many ppl are able to do that.

Using this for binning cpu as this is the best my cooler can take with IBT.

Meaning 4.5ghz is the max cooling on prime. Ram has to be 1.65v. Currently 2133 is possible at 1.6v. so its either 2250 bclk 125 or 2400 C8.
Expecting this to take a few months.

haswell issue is the contact aread, heatsink area.

dissipation not really a big issue. hence y u wont see a heatsink getting hot like sandy

Hahaha the only thing odd is the motherboard. I wanted all PCI-E board (i.e. no PCI slots), however the closest board from ASUS would be Z87-Pro. I don't need the WiFi (because I believe it is only 2x2 stream) thus I just top up a little more for Hero. I am using the onboard soundcard for headphone (due to it has amp for front panel output). I was thinking to get 4670k but that would mean I need to invest another 200 for a proper HSF for cooling. As far as I know, RAM overclocking doesn't really give real life performance right?

In short, I choose Hero 50% because it was cool (I know MSI G45 has all PCI-E for around 600, but fanboyism kicks me there hahaha).

As for the MCE, it is all running on high performance. Nothing is on power saving here. 

Can't predict how much is the SRP for M6I in Malaysia but should be slightly more expensive than Hero.
FYI, initially M6E SRP was expected to be sold at RM1499 but later ASUS MY decided to slash our heads for RM1818.
If you feel that 4.0GHz is still slow then why not matching his clock @ 4.3GHz? 
All Haswell chips can do this very easy, provided your cooling is able to handle the heat.

i got i7 4770k with maximux vi hero with noctua NH-U14S with pull configuration (fan out of stock for push pull)
I can only kick 4.5Ghz with 1.275v and the temp pretty high around 93c on third core. Is is i got bad processor?

Linus on youtube said he can hit 4.6Ghz with only 1.2v wtf!
Im feeling very down now

i dont know why.... but when i stress using linX, it stopped after 30 minutes(error) but the temp still under control (below 75c)
the vcore is 1.26v
But if i using IBT, i can stress more then 2 hours without any error or system down but the temperature will hit more then 80c.

i4670k overclocked to 4.2g with 1.175v, run LinX 11.1 reach max temperature 88degC, is it normal? btw, cooler is noctua d14 with dual 12mm fan
