Hi Guys,

I am trying to drop my body fat percentage. Currently i am about 65kg but my body fat is kinda high.

I created a diet whereby monday to fridays i only eat a 4 slice of wholemeal bread, with some vege and half kg of chicken breast.
This is split as 3 meals. Before that , I have oats with nuts and whey mixed. I pump in a casein shake before i hit the bed. On weekends , i replace the bread with rice in moderation.

But somehow i find it when I hit the gym I can't complete the sets , after a couple of reps on the same weight. I get tired easily. I have to drop the weights to complete the sets.

Was hoping if there some sort of pre-workout supplement that I should take to improve my strength before hitting the gym ? or is there something wrong with my diet?
Hoping for some great advice from the guru's here.

i dont mean to discourage you but overweight ppl basically live in a comfy zone. the brain is the issue, not the body.
when u can run 20km, the brain wants it to only run 5km. then it will ask you to drink and eat more after that.
it's the bloody brain.
sometimes, u need to force yourself, when you are about to quit, say to yourself, one more, two more etc
before you know it, u just finish a good set.

black coffee (if you are not a coffee person) will fire up your cns. take it pre-wo. creatine helps too.

as your caloric deficit continues for a long time, your body is taxed, thus higher cortisol lvl and youll feel lethargic. if you feel cutting food is no longer an option, throw in some conditioning work.

Hey men.. Your weight and high is exactly like mine before i'm bulking up. But my body fat is slightly lower at 16-17%. After 2 1/2 month bulking, i'm now weight 70 kg at 19% bf.. now i'm trying to hit 80 kg before raya and then cutting to 70 kg where its gonna stay. Your situation is like mine.. having a love handle and trying to burn it down... The only problem why you cannot lose the fat around the waist is because you didn't have enough muscle to fully utilize the fat. Build some muscle first.. Eat aloooott.. gain some strength..

Did you gain some noticeable muscle by diet and weight lifting at the same time??

For pre-workout try to take jack3d stack in with craze.. 1 scoop of each in a glass of water. make sure to drink it in empty stomach.. Sure gonna make u scream and train like a stallion in the gym tongue.gif haha..

Thanks for the tip. With my current diet i feel there is muscle growth considering I just started working out and previously was a total bum. But I am having difficulties to complete the sets and I was looking for something to boost me up.
