Do you guys think US tapering of QE will affect our property market? Foreign funds move out of our stock market causing a drop. Gold also drop. Will interest rate rise soon? Then what will happen to property prices?
HK property prices fell. Sg transaction volume also dropped. High end hit harder. Malaysia property stiill looks strong. But I think only in new launchee due to dibs. For resale I think its not as good. |
