 How to differentiate apartment and flat?

er, for me.

Flat is Airasia
Apartment is Airasia premium

i think no different...

in london everyone call flat.

in malaysian people call it apartment

same thing. just some ppl call differently.

However, in Malaysia :

flat = cheap
apartment = decent
condominium = expensive

apartment sounds more expensive than flat.
But they are actually the same.

For Apartment and Condominium, YES.

Apartment usually doesn't come with any Facilities but Condominium usually has all the kind of Facilities

kopi susu is coffee usually non arabica with milk

Oh sorry i misread the thread title. I thought its apartment vs condo. Just from my observation, flats usually got burger ramly stall in front of it.

Flat got balcony, but at rear part, so that they can hang their shirt and panties while water dripping at pedestrian head or lower floor. Look at wangsa maju flat. They always quarrel when unit about pour water from balcony and splash on their smelly panties
