QUOTE(Thrust @ Jan 18 2009, 09:23 AM) 1080P will not brings out the max potential of the XBOX. I've owned 6 titles and all of them can go up to 720P only ker... Unless you plan to watch Blu Ray movies or getting a PS3 (most games supports 720P also) later, then go for FULL HD. most of the new game support 1080P on xbox.... |

The main reson for 3RRoD is too many heat up & cool down cycles...which the component inside cannot withstand the thermal load.....
so....consider play it a lil' it longer or let it on for a lil bit longer....when you turn it on |

QUOTE(defaultname365 @ Jan 19 2009, 08:27 PM) Wow. That is a tight space. Not recommended. PS3 fine, but Xbox 360... even if it works for quite awhile, it wouldn't be too long... the heat can't really escape in that tight space unless you're playing in a full-blown air-conditioned room. It's not good even for PS3..... |

QUOTE(S4PH @ Jan 20 2009, 04:10 PM) Info that i know of Sony Malaysia:--40days warranty for lens as a wear & tear part of the console. -Cost incurred to replace the lens is expensive. -2 weeks waiting time for the console to be repaired from Sony -Console of MY version got high failure rate compared to SG version even with 65nm chipset. These information given from someone who own the console. Anyone can verify the statement? QUOTE(Jcsy @ Jan 20 2009, 01:47 PM) Older PS3 will heat up if placed in a closed cabinet . This might eventually lead to slowdown/stutter then crash/deadlock. I'm not sure the latest 65nm revision though....This post has been edited by navigator: Jan 21 2009, 11:44 PM |
