Haha, didnt asked them. this one my conclusion from one of the user here who send it on 15/5 wednesday and get it back yesterday. so 14 day. since mine send on 20, probably get on 3.

mine was backlight leaking..bought a new one though..black version. the one I send is Silver..the new one had no problem at all. no gap, no screen problem. but the beats sound not as loud as the silver one I had.

Probably because of one x..haha. they probably concentrating on HTC One because its their hope on pushing their company up again. hopefully. not expecting much either since i get myself a replacement..always wanted a black version so the silver one that is being replace by HTC will be sold when I receive it. haha.

Its a good phone but HTC quality check is not that good currently. When you buy your phone. Straight check for some stuff. as listed in first post. at least if there's a problem when u still at the shop, you can exchange it directly. if you take it back and only notice, then you might need to send it to HTC center.

one more thing, for the backlight leaking, you wont see it in normal daylight like the one in the picture. I just noticed it when I close my room light and use the phone. that picture is taken under low light condition with low shutter speed. even the HTC center doesnt believe me until I show them the picture.

I didnt find any stock file manager app, recommending ES file manager. quite easy to use and free.

This is for replacement. means 1 to 1 exchange. base on lowyat user experience, for 1 to 1 exchange, they made a new phone in taiwan and send it over to replace with the defect phone.

5.9" screen.. wont even consider to use at as my phone. if its good enough probably get it as tablet..

Had this problem with youtube last time. Updated the apps and it is fixed. Wonder whats the problem..

Have you tried listening to music with max volume? Does it crackle too?

Oh my, 4g eats my battery alot. >_< 10% in 20 mins..

I called them twice today and they said they gonna check it with the service center and call me back but never did. Gonna call them again tomorrow..sigh..sent it on 20th of may. Staying in nilai..quite far from times square to walk in without confirmation.

i think this one require the extra sensor that S4 have. you can try to use "tasker" app with proximity sensor to do this but it hardly possible.

For me, since I like taking picture and usually straight upload from my phone without editing it in computer or anything, I really love the zoe feature that HTC provide. although it just have 4 megapixel, its good enough for web photos. for video, probably not good enough due to the drop in frame rate.

either go to htc or use light colour theme where most of the time its white..probably display panel hardware problem..

For me the design look absolutely nice if you have a HTC One that is almost perfect in its build. Had a black One with no gap or anything, look damn nice in naked form. but due to the beautiful design, it looks fragile..>"<..

What im sold to is not the design, but the practicality of the phone. most of the new feature added is useful to me thus buying it is a good choice.

Im under brightstar and I sent it on 20th may. Just called them and they said no status update but they will request for faster processing since my phone has been sent for quite awhile.
