I was looking for a good set of iPod speakers for travelling and I stumbled upon this on the web:

Weighing the pros and cons, I thought it was quite a neat device. Any chance that you guys know whether it's available in KL or not??

Let face the facts..there r no "good set" of IPOD speakers around (IMHO) unless you r willing to pay more then USD 200 for it. The mobile speaker system will not work to your satisfaction..trust me. I tried many set oledi..including what you r currently looking for!

I used to travel a lot around the region..the best and cheap way is to get a standard headphone to RCA cable where you can connect your IPOD to the HOTEL TV set...press the TV remote control to AV.......there you go....music from your hotel TV and best..you can connect your IPOD charger (if you have one) at the power outlet on the wall (usually near the TV set)....non stop music...whole night long...and the cost...ummee...standard cable cost you less then RM10.

If you r having the IPOD 5G (Video), then my recommendation is to get the Universal Dock where you can connect the S-Video to your TV to view your show or music videos on the hotel TV...Universal Dock is about RM200.

BTW, do you travel a lot like me? Which country do you travel most?
