Even though i-city have room to expand and improve ...
Still the price psf is still very high ... The overall improvement/benefits might only take off after a good 5-7 years... Even when browsing thru i-property there are lot of unit of I-soho already started to advertise for sale ! Are investors realizing that I-City might not turn out to be what it is presented ? |
