Soon to be finalized and annouced.

IBhd is strong company with cash rich in bank.

They fund I-city by internal fund without bank borrowing.

That's why we saw it share price surged after posted good sales target in I-City.

IBhd is expanding their foot print now!

As for LRT route 3, it hasn't annouced, be patient.

can teach me how to read they are cash rich?
from their quarterly report.. i can see they have 13m cash.. receivable 21.5.. payable 82.5... like this consider good?

I studied their Financial information 1 year back when their price was still about 0.70 per share.

As for cash rich, u can look at their cash flow in total, and liabilities under borrowing (loan).

Also look at their gearing, as I remember their gearing was zero or close to zero, can't rmb that.

Heard that the hotel to be operated by Best Western there originally planned to launch with GRR has dropped the GRR scheme
