Just came back from Sales Gallery.
Small units like 895sft and 1017sft only open to bumi.
For non bumi, only left 1264sft type units.
Discount given 10%+3%.
Booking fee RM1k, then can go process loan.
Upon loan approval can sign SPA cos developer giving 10%. The 3% is given upon VP.

No showroom now. Tentatively will built the show unit early next year. Estimation completion of S18 is around Dec 2016 (I thought June 2016 VP??)

Not the same. Last time was early bird price, then discount 5% to us. Now developer has marked up the price.

Just to check with all S18 buyers.
Last time when we booked S18, SA told that the 2 parking is side by side or tandem (front and back)?

Just came back from Sales Gallery.  SA told me that the car park is confirmed tandem. Very disappointed....and felt cheated as developer promised 2 years ago that all big size units and high floor units will be given side by side parking. When sigining the SPA at F3Capital office, the staffs also said the tandem wording in SPA is indicative only. I will write in to developer to complain about this issue. Very upset....

Dear all S18 purchasers, if those of you who were promised side by side parking by SA when you did the booking, or when signing the SPA, please call up F3Capital office at 0377253037 to make an official complaint by this week. Request to talk to Vee or Ms. Hayati. They will highlight this to management. Although stated tandem in the SPA, but felt cheated and this is unethical. It is a matter of principle. At least made known to developer that we are upset and cannot be simply pushed around. Please stand up for yourself, for S18mers. I am sure that there will be other upcoming issues. We as purchasers should stand united. Thank you.

but my unit start to charged interest, about 45% bank release the loan.
so good for those have DIBS. the interest very "kaw"

Think of talk to the bank and ask for early servicing the loan

Selayang 18 is look high class
