Now i am only claim back my insurance from MAY BANK ETIQA after i attached the CAR from developer to confirm that we already having the fire insurance. Save RM150++

Just for sharing for those kena ETIQA insurance charges ...


Dear Mr Jerald,

We have instructed our credit adminisration centre to cancel fire insurance taken up with ETIQA and have requested full refund of the premium. It may takes 2 to 3 weeks for the refund. We will notify you once the refund credited to the account.

I check the shop lot still have 4 (4x4 unit) not yet sold off and the S18 still have 60 units unsold.

10% + 3% discount now.... for 1264 sft...

My SA also told me the same with Calculator. I also told that not so many tandem car park also. Thus ask us no need worry especially the big sft unit...

I not confidence on current SA cause they look newbie to this project....

How to verify.....?

Hehe... Here is Selayang18 blog sure no body dare to say no good la.

But you may join selayang Heigh Facebook. They are very excited as well. I think the price is more competitive compare with S18 but their site more inside not close to KL side. Need more 15 minute.

Secondly, some say ECO have new project over that side? The price will be raise up?

S18 so far is best if you are comparing the project around that area...
