S18 is service apartment, or u can call it condo. Mid high cost at selayang area. Luxury or not depends, no such development yet in selayang area. Upcoming Eduplex and Res280 almost similar but location i think S18 better.
Based on Menjalara18, i hope that finishing and worksmanship will be good or same as Menjalara18.
Bandar Baru Selayang is quite serene, compared to other selayang parts. Almost 65% malay residents, 30% chinese, and 5% indian. Shops near stadium selayang are now fully occupied. Majlis Perbandaran Selayang located right next to S18 site. Generally, I would give a rating score for BBS around 70%,(abit jam due to pasar borong selayang, less food stalls and and cafe like bukit maluri, no MRT yet), just my personal opinion after staying twenty years here.
