QUOTE(supeman @ Jun 26 2013, 10:21 PM) Yes. U hv the option to buy MRTA, MLTA or MRTT (islamic version). U can even choose not to buy any... But personally I would suggest to buy some kind of protection. I am a firm believer of insurance. But take note that some banks may "force" u to buy for a better rate -blr or as part of loan deal. |

Anyone will be taking Islamic loan? MBB offers no lock in for Islamic loan and 20% discount on stamp duty (by government)

Lock-in or not, this project takes 3 years to complete. So doenst really matter. U can't sell b4 VP anyway.
20% off stamp duty is less than 1K I presume... But personally I rather stick with conventional... Less complications. Unless u say zero cost on stamp, legal etc porobably. |

Hi
Myself is a mortgage consultant from AIA. Strongly advice to take MLTA for your S18 or other loan protection. MLTA: 1) cover FULL Loan amount, 2) flexible to transfer to other bank in the event of refinance your house, 3) flexible to transfer to other property, 4) protection with cash back (insurance with min cost/ zero cost) 5) income tax deductible, where MRTA only cover loan balance, restricted to the bank with the same property and money paid burn-off. In fact, MLTA Save more ~ Do PM me if need further advise tq |

What is the procedure? get the loan approval from bank 1st, then only call up an insurance agent to buy the MLTA? Does it like car NCB? stick with driver's name instead of the car itself... I'm a 1st time buyer, please enlighten me with ur professional knowledge |

Ok then let me begin...
Has anyone realised that there may not be a proper gym facility at S18? I searched trhoughout their documentations and website, and the closest there is was Aqua pool gym. What the heck is Aqua pool gym? What happened to my threadmill and weights? This post has been edited by RichMumPoorDad: Jun 27 2013, 10:16 PM |
