QUOTE(JerriH @ Jul 31 2013, 12:12 PM) M Residence 2 @ Rawang, i aim a corner unit 20×65 with current selling price Rm583,000, however this unit not yet open for sales and the price probably will increase another 10 to 20k when it launch, so still waiting, if unable to get corner unit then got to take intermediate unit Rm488,000 (current selling price, also not yet open for sales). Location wise? Further up?

QUOTE(JerriH @ Jul 31 2013, 09:27 PM) Thank for positive feedback! Agreed that cant get DSL with that price in KL, MR2 is like love at 1st sight, now i can truly understand y people prefer landed. Last week i drove from Duta tol to Rawang tol during non peak hours, it takes around 15 minutes to reach, it definitely take longer during peak hours. Since it expected completion is 2016, still 3 years to wait, u no need to move there now, anything can happen in 3 years time, maybe 3 years later u can ask for a transfer to nearby branch (if ur company got), or maybe u changed ur job? No one knows what will happen in 3 years time, like myself maybe i changed my mind not to stay there but sell it and make some $, who knows? But 1 thing for sure, u cant get DSL by this price after 3 years. I'm keen too (though its out of this thread conversation) hehehe can pm me the details and the SA? See got extra bullet or not..if got, i buy together with JerriH and her husband..keke

QUOTE(Calculator2013 @ Aug 2 2013, 11:05 PM) If a project, for example like Selayang Spring, abandoned after construction half way, irregardless of whether DIBS how long, we still have to pay back the amount that bank has released to developer. It's totally different. Everything is legally binded after signing SPA and Loan Agreement. That's why people choose reputable developer. If so worried about project abandoned half way, then might as well buy sub sale. The reason people buy from developer is because they provide early bird rebate, free SPA, etc... Anyway, hope F3 is ok, cos the Urban360 is progressing good. And there is also Dua Menjalara which is high end exclusive condo. I hope S18 can finished ahead of schedule. Trust they will deliver. Just gotta speed up their things as i have been waiting for my bank approval too.

QUOTE(tengster @ Aug 4 2013, 11:42 AM) It depends which part of Selayang. Inner part is predominantly Malay while the outer part has good mixture. Selayang has yet to have a branded successful condo that everyone want to own it. Who knows later there may be one? Hoping s18 would be the one..

QUOTE(Calculator2013 @ Aug 4 2013, 01:22 PM) I do agree. Some bumi lots are already purchased. However, majority are chinese purchasers, also with some Indian purchasers. When I booked my unit, there is also an Indian pilot interested. Hehe...

QUOTE(Calculator2013 @ Aug 17 2013, 11:36 PM) I see. Never mind 85% , cos loan more means interest more. At the end still needs to pay back. Hehehe... Ya lo. Ok lah since s18 got 5 percent rebate. So total need to pay 10 percent downpayment. Just like as usual buying properties without rebates or etc...

QUOTE(Mashimaro1234 @ Aug 21 2013, 11:52 AM) Agree with u...but actually I still prefer Kepong area as it's the centre to anywhere...go PJ also can, go KL also near... but anyway, couldn't find any new development with this price range in Kepong area anymore...so i just give in to S18... Kepong i kinda like too. But now flooded with africans..worry for safety..and certain areas are crowded with foreigners too..
