QUOTE(RichMumPoorDad @ Jul 6 2013, 02:05 PM) Why a tread running around? Cos the subject is alarming and yet intriquing. Lol My the other property under maybank Islamic. Had seek for lawyer advice. Nothing difference with conventional. If u read my early post... The banks are giving less than optimum deal to s18 buyers. Maybank asking 3yrs lock-in islamic loan or 5 yrs conventional loan. Either case it is not a reasonable deal to buyers. UOB offering less than 90% subject to approval. Develooper and bank think we are at their mercy. Think again! |

QUOTE(RichMumPoorDad @ Jul 6 2013, 02:52 PM) Myself already under 1 islamic loan. Understanding the statement is a struggle for me... The uninitiated type. Ok. Good luck broFurthermore islamic usually giving better deal like zero entry or fre legal etc. This one aint nothing. Much debate has been on it. So, Nett nett, I m looking at my next conventional loan. I am still continuing |

QUOTE(jasmine0085 @ Jul 7 2013, 04:36 PM) Hey guys , i went to the sales galary today , and there are still some units available. Those facing the pools are sold out , leaving only high-level units & east-facing unit. The sales representative told me that DIBS is still going , and he could put me into the queue for DIBS ( to replace those that couldnt get loan) thou i am not sure if he is lying or not. I was also told that i could take back my 2% deposit if i couldn't get the DIBS ( i am not referring to the loan rejection , jst the DIBS rejection). Is that the case ? I have no experience with new property, since my 1st properties is a 10-years old condo. Wah nice...then u can seriously consider since they gave u the option of dibs is included... |

QUOTE(Calculator2013 @ Jul 10 2013, 05:39 PM) Just my personal opinion, the telecom towers are not too close. HTC are also some distance away. Compared to One Sierra which is selling at 1mil++, their landed house also very near to HTC. I have a friend staying inside Desa Park City, totally no signal when inside her house, which she complained. To me, radiation is always around us, unless we stay in jungle with no telco towers around. Just my two cents. |

QUOTE(JerriH @ Jul 31 2013, 11:21 AM) Agreed, give up s18 is not an easy decision for me, this project got so much potential, however i decided to buy a double storey link house for own stay, and i am not rich enough to buy 2 properties at the same time, so have to let go s18. I really wish that i can grab both properties, 1 for own stay 1 for investment, but got to face the fact that I AM NOT RICH, hehe. |
