If u read my early post... The banks are giving less than optimum deal to s18 buyers. Maybank asking 3yrs lock-in islamic loan or 5 yrs conventional loan. Either case it is not a reasonable deal to buyers. UOB offering less than 90% subject to approval.

Develooper and bank think we are at their mercy. Think again!

My the other property under maybank Islamic. Had seek for lawyer advice. Nothing difference with conventional.

I have a friend staying inside Desa Park City, totally no signal when inside her house, which she complained.To me, radiation is always around us, unless we stay in jungle with no telco towers around. Just my two cents.

I was thinking since its a leasehold, and estimation to complete on 2017. Thw tenure period for lease is still 99 years or..?

Yeah recalled SA said the same too. So it will plus construction period for 4 years..guess it would be 99 minus 4 afterall.

Letting go unit no penalty meh? Was suprised unguys letting go. Now the timeline is not there yet since not to the limit of immediate signing spa..somxhill guys. Once u miss, u will never get back, i have been hunting for properties this year. I could say this s18 still have a very reasonable price (i m not sa, dont get me wrong..hehe)..most of e projects with approximately same siZe are going above 500 psf..is crazy and worst part is the location out.
