Hi, is it the unit is leasehold for 99 years, but how about the land parcel itself? because an agent told me the land still remain 50++ years left. Hope somebody can clarify on this matter. Thanks

Did anyone visit iproperty for a look? Look like the value of lakeville units which are launched previously is getting cheaper than the launch price
