In term of location and view, which project is better, Mah Sing or Eco World? Can guess whose pricing is more competitive? Since Mah Sing is selling first, starting from around RM700psf before discount, should we grab one first or wait for Eco World? Though SP Setia's pricing is traditionally not cheap, since theis is a new vehicle for Tan Sri, I think they may price it more competitive than Mah Sing . Any advice?
